Miruna Paunescu & Krzysztof Różycki

Miruna, with more than 17 years’ experience in European Collections and Call Center, Miruna holds a master’s degree in project management, and is a Lean Six Sigma certified professional.

After spending four years with Romania’s largest debt collection company, EOS KSI, Miruna moved on to a 7-year partnership within KRUK Romania. Throughout her roles as Call Center Manager and later, Department Manager over all Operational processes, she was a critical part of developing new locations, implementing call center strategies and innovative software. Her expertise in building and shaping frontline leadership teams, helped to significantly improve productivity and cost, as well as drove multi-million Euro portfolios towards operational success.

In the last 4 years, Miruna has moved up to Regional and Operations Manager positions in two other prominent companies in Romania, where she successfully became part of business transformation, through oversight on location and project level performance.

Miruna has joined the AxFina team in a new role, of Country Manager.

Krzysztof, a law graduate and a senior manager with 18 years of experience in collection industry.

In 11 years in KRUK Group, 7 years were as a Member of the Management Board of KRUK Romania and then Czechia and Slovakia. Responsibilities included process of creation of the company’s international structures and operations. In Poland (2014-2018), he was involved in operational and market relations development of Casus Finance, its onboarding to Lindorff and merge to Intrum. Between 2018-2020, while working for Hoist Finance, Krzysztof was responsible for development of collection operations, acquisition and onboarding of Getback portfolios. Currently involved as business angel in development of new-tech company Dronn.com. Part of management team of AxFina Holding S.A. as Chief Servicing Officer.
