NEW MEMBERS OF AXFINA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

New members of AxFina’s Board of Directors:
Richard Langstaff & Piotr Romanowski

Richard, nominated by EBRD, AxFina´s second largest shareholder, is a senior banking executive and financial services entrepreneur with deep and highly successful experience inter alia in building, management and governance of NPL and consumer finance platforms across Europe and Australia. After holding senior roles at Citibank and Deutsche Bank, starting in 1997, he successfully founded and built three businesses; one of Europe´s premier NPL servicers (Cabot), a leading credit card issuer (SAV Credit/New Day), and a market leading Greek NPL servicer (Cepal).

Piotr, who is an independent board member of AxFina, is a senior consulting and banking executive. He has built high performing teams with large geographical reach and knowledge, with special focus on the CEE and CIS Region. He started his career 1998 with McKinsey & Company, became a Partner in 2005 and was leading the Financial Services Practice in Poland as a member of the European Retail Banking Leadership Team. In 2008, he joined Millennium Bank as Member of the Management Board, leading the Corporate Banking Division. In 2011, he joined PwC as a Partner, starting as CEE/CIS Financial Services Leader, taking over the CEE/CIS Advisory Leader Role in 2014 and from 2017 – 2018 was responsible as Markets Leader for all CEE/CIS Clients.
